Este estudio tambi\u00e9n ha encontrado una <strong>relaci\u00f3n con el consumo de beber caf\u00e9 todos los d\u00edas, ayuda a los supervivientes de un ataque card\u00edaco, reducir el riesgo de muerte despu\u00e9s de un ataque card\u00edaco y puede prevenir accidentes cerebrovasculares a las personas sanas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Las investigaciones realizadas hasta el d\u00eda de hoy analizaban los beneficios del caf\u00e9 y t\u00e9 verde sobre la salud del coraz\u00f3n en pacientes sanos, sin antecedentes de enfermedades cardiovasculares o c\u00e1ncer. <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Hirosayu<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Iso<\/span>, MD y profesor de salud p\u00fablica en Osaka, afirma que existe una gran necesidad de evidencia cient\u00edfica sobre los estilos de vida entre los supervivientes de accidentes cardiovasculares y ataques card\u00edacos, considerando la velocidad en la que la poblaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 envejeciendo y la necesidad de mejorar la esperanza de vida despu\u00e9s de estos hechos cardiovasculares.<\/p>\n<p>Los investigadores analizaron datos de m\u00e1s de 46.000 participantes, de 40 a 79 a\u00f1os, donde el 60% eran mujeres, de un estudio de cohorte colaborativo de <span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">Jap\u00f3n<\/span> por la evoluci\u00f3n del riesgo de c\u00e1ncer. Se pidi\u00f3 a los participantes que complementaran cuestionarios autoadministrados que inclu\u00edan informaci\u00f3n sobre demograf\u00eda, estilo de vida, historial m\u00e9dico y dieta. Luego, dividieron a las personas en 3 grupos; con antecedentes de accidentes cerebrovasculares; con historial de infarto de miocardio (MI); y sin antecedentes de accidentes cerebrovasculares o infarto miocard\u00edaco. A continuaci\u00f3n, los investigadores notaron que una taza t\u00edpica de t\u00e9 verde contiene aproximadamente 100 ml de l\u00edquido y una taza t\u00edpica de caf\u00e9 contiene aproximadamente 150 ml de l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los resultados incluyen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En comparaci\u00f3n con los participantes que beb\u00edan poco t\u00e9 verde, los supervivientes de un accidente cerebrovascular que consumen <span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">al menos<\/span> siete tazas de t\u00e9 verde al d\u00eda, redujeron su riesgo de mortalidad por todas las causas aproximadamente un 62%. Los investigadores no observaron una asociaci\u00f3n significativa entre los participantes con y sin antecedentes.<\/li>\n<li>Los supervivientes de un ataque card\u00edaco que bebieron una taza de caf\u00e9 al d\u00eda, redujeron su riesgo general de muerte aproximadamente en un 22% en comparaci\u00f3n con aquellos que no beben caf\u00e9 con regularidad.<\/li>\n<li>Las personas sin antecedentes de accidentes cardiovasculares o ataques card\u00edacos que consumen una o m\u00e1s tazas de caf\u00e9 a la semana tienen aproximadamente un 14% menos riesgo de mortalidad por todas las causas en comparaci\u00f3n con las personas que no beben caf\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>El consumo de t\u00e9 verde puede prevenir m\u00e1s eventos cardiovasculares a los supervivientes, mientras que beber caf\u00e9 puede prevenir estos eventos a personas sanas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cabe mencionar que en la cultura japonesa el t\u00e9 verde se consume con agua y sin az\u00facar, mientras que el caf\u00e9 se prepara con agua y ocasionalmente con leche y az\u00facar.
