Reutilizar los posos de caf\u00e9 en tu jard\u00edn<\/strong><\/p>\n

El caf\u00e9 est\u00e1 lleno de nutrientes que pueden ayudar a las plantas a prosperar. Te damos algunas ideas de c\u00f3mo reutilizar los posos de caf\u00e9 en tu jard\u00edn de la forma m\u00e1s ecol\u00f3gica:<\/p>\n

Compostaje de posos de caf\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n

Puedes poner los posos de caf\u00e9 directamente en el compost. Le dar\u00e1 variedad a tu abono, y gracias a la materia verde que lleva el caf\u00e9, liberar\u00e1 a micronutrientes como el nitr\u00f3geno, que permitir\u00e1 producir abono rico para beneficiar a tus plantas y flores.<\/p>\n

Granos de caf\u00e9 como fertilizante<\/strong><\/p>\n

Puedes espolvorear los posos de caf\u00e9 utilizados directamente en las macetas de flores. Gracias al nitr\u00f3geno, un elemento esencial para el jard\u00edn, as\u00ed como al calcio, potasio, f\u00f3sforo, hierro y magnesio, podr\u00e1n estimular el crecimiento del jard\u00edn.<\/p>\n

Disuadir plagas<\/strong><\/p>\n

Si el gato de tu vecino utiliza tu jard\u00edn como caja de arena, puedes intentar poner los posos de caf\u00e9 esparcidos, esto puede ayudar a disuadirlo. Por otra parte, las babosas y caracoles tampoco les gustar\u00e1 venir, gracias a la cafe\u00edna de los posos del caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Los posos de caf\u00e9 llevan antioxidantes y propiedades antiinflamatorias para apoyar la regeneraci\u00f3n celular, lo que le convierte en un ingrediente antienvejecimiento brillante. El contenido de cafe\u00edna tambi\u00e9n puede ayudar a reducir las gafas y las bolsas debajo de los ojos.<\/p>\n
