Hasta hace poco el caf\u00e9 era un producto industrializado y no se conoc\u00eda su trazabilidad. Pero actualmente los consumidores somos m\u00e1s exigentes y queremos saber de d\u00f3nde viene el caf\u00e9 que consumimos, qui\u00e9n lo ha tostado y d\u00f3nde se ha realizado el proceso.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La producci\u00f3n mundial de caf\u00e9 se concentra b\u00e1sicamente en 7 pa\u00edses: Brasil, Vietnam, Colombia, Indonesia, Etiop\u00eda, Honduras y la India. Mi abuelo siempre dec\u00eda que el caf\u00e9 colombiano es el mejor caf\u00e9 del mundo. Y cu\u00e1nta raz\u00f3n ten\u00eda. Este pa\u00eds sudamericano posee condiciones clim\u00e1ticas muy favorables y una larga tradici\u00f3n en la producci\u00f3n de caf\u00e9 de gran calidad. Es evidente que estas cualidades no las tenemos en los pa\u00edses europeos, y, por tanto, necesitamos importar el caf\u00e9 de los pa\u00edses origen para poder consumirlo.<\/p>\n

Lo que s\u00ed tenemos son grandes tostadores de caf\u00e9, que procesan el grano, lo torren, hacen mezclas, lo aromatizan, lo envasan y lo venden por todas partes. Y debemos cuidarlos, debemos proteger nuestra industria y sus trabajadores, para que su labor perdure en el tiempo. Al mismo tiempo saldremos beneficiados, disfrutando de las ventajas de la proximidad y la sostenibilidad que nos ofrece el caf\u00e9 tostado en casa. Se trata de un caf\u00e9 de gran calidad y 100% natural, sin conservantes ni aditivos, positivo por el planeta.<\/p>\n
