Y en algunas ocasiones, ya hemos o\u00eddo hablar de c\u00f3mo el caf\u00e9 puede ayudar a mejorar el rendimiento deportivo, y tambi\u00e9n a perder peso si nos lo tomamos una hora antes de practicar deporte. En este caso, <strong>unos cient\u00edficos de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ugr.es\/\">Universidad de Granada<\/a> se plantearon si la cafe\u00edna favorec\u00eda tambi\u00e9n a la oxidaci\u00f3n de grasas.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El estudio, dirigido por Francisco Jos\u00e9 Amaro-Gahete, del Departamento de Fisiolog\u00eda de la Universidad de Granada, fue publicado por la revista &#039;<a href=\"https:\/\/jissn.biomedcentral.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition<\/a>&#039;, se centr\u00f3 en c\u00f3mo afectaba la quema de grasas la ingesta de un caf\u00e9 cargado (de unos 3mg\/kg) media hora antes de practicar ejercicio aer\u00f3bico.<\/p>\n<p>Participaron 15 hombres de\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenGreenError\">32<\/span>\u00a0a\u00f1os, y se sometieron a una prueba de ciclismo compuesta por 4 sesiones, y en diferentes condiciones, y se calcul\u00f3 la oxidaci\u00f3n de grasas que se produc\u00eda en cada situaci\u00f3n estandarizando las condiciones previas a la prueba.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resultados y conclusiones del estudio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una vez finalizado el estudio, los cient\u00edficos pudieron concluir que los mayores niveles de quemar las grasas se consegu\u00edan con los participantes que ingierieron la dosis de caf\u00e9 en horario de tarde.<\/p>\n<p>Aun as\u00ed, quienes lo practicaron por la ma\u00f1ana tambi\u00e9n vieron c\u00f3mo la oxidaci\u00f3n de grasas aumentaba, pero no en el mismo nivel.<\/p>\n<p>Amaro-Gahete concluy\u00f3: <strong>&quot;Los resultados de nuestro estudio han puesto de manifiesto que la ingesta aguda de cafe\u00edna 30 minutos antes de realizar una prueba de ejercicio aer\u00f3bico aument\u00f3 la m\u00e1xima oxidaci\u00f3n de grasas durante el ejercicio independientemente de la hora del d\u00eda&quot;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fuente noticia: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vozpopuli.com\/bienestar\/cafe-ejercicio-adelgazar.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vozpopuli<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>S\u00f3n molts els estudis que demostren beneficis de beure caf\u00e8 per la salut de les persones.
