Quiz\u00e1s s\u00ed. <strong>Pero hay mucha gente que no puede tomar cafe\u00edna por razones de salud o evitar los efectos estimulantes del caf\u00e9.<\/strong> Por eso se ha inventado el descafeinado \u00bfno? Soy cafetera por naturaleza, pero a \u00faltima hora de la tarde me gusta chalar de una taza de caf\u00e9 con leche, sin cafe\u00edna extra, para no desvelarme por la noche. <strong>El descafeinado tiene un tono y sabor m\u00e1s suaves que el caf\u00e9 tradicional<\/strong>, seguramente por la p\u00e9rdida de componentes en el proceso de descafeinado, sin embargo, su sabor, aroma y cremosidad puede parecerse al caf\u00e9 original.<\/p>\n<p>Y supongo que se preguntar\u00e1: <strong>\u00bfc\u00f3mo se extrae la cafe\u00edna?<\/strong> La extracci\u00f3n se realiza sobre el caf\u00e9 verde, antes del tostado. Para liberar su cafe\u00edna es necesario llevar a cabo m\u00e9todos, como por ejemplo, el m\u00e1s com\u00fan, que trata de humedecer los granos de caf\u00e9 y despu\u00e9s mezclarlos con agua y extracto de caf\u00e9 sin cafe\u00edna. Por \u00faltimo, se secan los granos en una corriente de aire y quedan listos para su envasado o tostado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hay que tener presente que ninguno de estos procesos eliminan 100% la cafe\u00edna<\/strong>. Cuando se toma una taza de caf\u00e9 descafeinado en una cafeter\u00eda est\u00e1 consumiendo unos 3 mg de cafe\u00edna de media. Es una cantidad muy baja, pero existe. La realidad es que esto ocurre porque las normas internacionales indican que si un caf\u00e9 sobrepasa este 3% de contenido de cafe\u00edna, ya no se califica de descafeinado.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfY qu\u00e9 ocurre con la cafe\u00edna que la industria del caf\u00e9 retira?
