Adem\u00e1s, el alto grado de incertidumbre de los restaurantes sugiere que mayores medidas correctivas pueden estar por llegar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn este sentido, contrasta la agresividad de la restauraci\u00f3n en las subidas aplicadas frente a la prudencia del resto del sector: casi <strong>el 80% de las empresas de restauraci\u00f3n declaran que han subido los precios<\/strong>, y m\u00e1s del 50% que lo har\u00e1n en los pr\u00f3ximos meses; frente al 55% de las compa\u00f1\u00edas del sector que ya han llevado a cabo una subida de precios y el 34% que tienen planificado hacerlo en los pr\u00f3ximos meses.
