Despu\u00e9s de una evaluaci\u00f3n cr\u00edtica de todos los estudios disponibles sobre los efectos de cafe\u00edna en el ejercicio f\u00edsico, \u00e9stos son tres de los grandes beneficios corroborados por la ISSN.<\/p>\n<p>1. Ayuda a la concentraci\u00f3n y reflejos. Las moderadas dosis de cafe\u00edna mejoran las funciones cognitivas como la atenci\u00f3n y la vigilancia durante el ejercicio f\u00edsico. Mantenernos enfocados y ser m\u00e1s conscientes de los movimientos puede ofrecernos mayor seguridad durante los ejercicios.<\/p>\n<p>2. Aumenta la resistencia en ejercicios aer\u00f3bicos: mejora la velocidad de movimiento y la fuerza en sesiones de cardio.
