Barcelona, 17 de abril de 2024 \u2013 El libro El Caf\u00e9 en Catalu\u00f1a, editado por el Gremio del Caf\u00e9, ha sido presentado este mediod\u00eda en Barcelona, en la sede de PIMEC. El presidente del Gremio del Caf\u00e9, Carlos<\/span> Gotor y el secretario general de PIMEC, Josep Ginesta han hecho de anfitriones de una simp\u00e1tica velada en la que la prestigiosa cocinera Ada Parellada y la autora del libro S\u00edlvia Civit han dialogado entre caf\u00e9 y literatura con un claro acento de nostalgia pasional, de buen gusto y de glamour.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, Josep Ginesta, aparte de valorar la labor del Gremio y de las empresas que lo componen, ha hecho un discurso muy meritorio sobre el caf\u00e9 y sobre su influencia en las personas: hacemos un caf\u00e9, lo hablamos, hacemos un caf\u00e9, lo arreglamos hecho un caf\u00e9\u2026 (recomendamos ver el v\u00eddeo que ha colgado en TikTok)<\/a><\/p>\n
