Es el proceso resultante de poner en remojo el caf\u00e9 molido grueso, en agua a temperatura ambiente de 12 a 24 horas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Despu\u00e9s de haber dejado en remojo los granos, se filtran fuera del agua con un filtro de caf\u00e9 de papel o fieltro. El resultado es un concentrado de caf\u00e9. El Cold Brew es originario de Jap\u00f3n, donde ha sido un m\u00e9todo tradicional de elaboraci\u00f3n de caf\u00e9 durante siglos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Hacerlo es muy f\u00e1cil:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Cold Brew<\/b> (receta casera)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong><i>Ingredientes:<\/i><\/strong><i><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>100 g de caf\u00e9 natural, molido grueso<\/strong> (tipo prensa francesa). Si no tienes molinillo, puedes pedirlo molido a los tostadores del Gremio del Caf\u00e9 de Catalunya. Consulta sus tiendas en esa misma p\u00e1gina web. (<a href=\"https:\/\/gremicafe.cat\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.gremicafe.cat<\/a>)<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s1\"><strong>1 litro de agua fr\u00eda<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s1\">Opcional: cubitos de hielo, leche, bebida vegetal, jarabe de vainilla, o bien una crema de licor tipo Bayley&#039;s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong><i>Instrucciones:<\/i><\/strong><i><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">En un recipiente grande (como una jarra), mezcla el caf\u00e9 molido con un poco de agua fr\u00eda. Remueve bien para que el caf\u00e9 quede completamente h\u00famedo. Acaba de a\u00f1adir toda el agua y d\u00e9jalo reposar en la nevera de 12 a 18 horas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pasado este tiempo, cuela el caf\u00e9 con un filtro de papel, un colador fino o una gasa. Tambi\u00e9n puedes hacerlo con <strong>el filtro de la V60<\/strong> o de cualquier cafetera de goteo (tipo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.melitta.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Melitta<\/strong><\/a>) o con una cafetera de \u00e9mbolo. Es importante filtrarlo bien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong><i>Variaciones:<\/i><\/strong><i><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Lo puedes servir, de forma individual, con cubitos de hielo. A partir de ah\u00ed la creatividad y el gusto personal toman la iniciativa. Hay quien le a\u00f1ade az\u00facar: Otros, leche o una bebida vegetal. Y para darle m\u00e1s alegr\u00eda y sabor, se le puede a\u00f1adir alguna crema de licor, tipo Bailey&#039;s.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">El Cold Brew es m\u00e1s suave en acidez y amargura que el caf\u00e9 caliente.
