Todos los baristas tienen muy claro c\u00f3mo hacerlo, pero si quieres hacerlo en casa, te damos unos consejos b\u00e1sicos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong><i>Ingredientes:<\/i><\/strong><i><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>El caf\u00e9 de la m\u00e1xima calidad<br \/>\n<\/b><b><\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\">Elija un caf\u00e9 de especialidad, de la variedad ar\u00e1bica 100% natural, algo afrutado y con un toque \u00e1cido es m\u00e1s refrescante. Si utiliza caf\u00e9 de filtro o de cafetera italiana, por poner dos ejemplos, procure moler el caf\u00e9 con la textura correcta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Cubitos de hielo de calidad, de gran tama\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Opcional: leche o bebida vegetal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>El hielo, cuanto m\u00e1s grande mejor.<br \/>\n<\/b><b><\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\">Un trozo grande de hielo enfr\u00eda m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que uno peque\u00f1o, tarda m\u00e1s en deshacerse, por tanto, no suelta tanta agua.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><em><strong>Instrucciones:<\/strong><\/em><i><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1) Prepare un expreso de unos 30 cc.
