Pau Esteve Creus, en la Jornada sobre IA del Gremio del Caf\u00e9<\/p><\/div>\n

Hoy, los socios del Gremio han disfrutado de una jornada que giraba en torno al tema: \u201cIA s\u00ed, pero \u00bfc\u00f3mo?<\/b>\u201d con la clase espec\u00edfica de \u201c"\u00bfC\u00f3mo utilizar agentes de IA y escalar con eficiencia?"\u201d<\/b>. Pau Esteve<\/b>, CEO y fundador de Soul Phygital, nos ha hecho viajar por varios ejemplos y aplicaciones de la IA a la sociedad, a la industria, al consumo y al mundo del caf\u00e9. "La IA nos abre las puertas a nuevos modelos de negocio, entre los que el mundo del caf\u00e9 debe estar presente".\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Una jornada abierta a varias personas de los equipos de trabajo de las empresas del Gremio que han recibido informaci\u00f3n fresca, y de primera mano, de uno de los especialistas en IA de nuestro pa\u00eds. Esteve nos ha motivado, con ejemplos concretos y herramientas actuales, crear un agente de IA personal <\/b>que nos ayude a tomar decisiones en diversas \u00e1reas de la empresa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

En uno de los ejemplos nos ha mostrado c\u00f3mo, con la ayuda de la IA y de agentes tecnol\u00f3gicos apropiados podemos crear, en pocos minutos, soluciones que pueden ayudarnos a ser m\u00e1s productivos, m\u00e1s competitivos ya vender m\u00e1s y mejor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Para terminar, Esteve, ha puesto el ejemplo de una cebra que pace tranquilamente en la sabana, mientras un le\u00f3n se le acerca con malas intenciones. Ante la amenaza, la cebra, s\u00f3lo tiene dos opciones: correr m\u00e1s que el le\u00f3n o\u2026 correr m\u00e1s que otra cebra. La IA es una herramienta muy potente que debemos incorporar a nuestras empresas; nuestro competidor, tambi\u00e9n lo har\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n

CEO & Founder en Soul Phygital, Pau es emprendedor. Graduado en Comercio Internacional y Marketing por la Shanghai International Studies University y ESIC, y con un M\u00e1ster en Negocio Digital por ISDI. Es profesor en ESCI-UPF y en la Barcelona Technology School, y asesor en estrategia de exportaci\u00f3n a ACCI\u00d3.<\/span><\/p>\n
